Neurological and Chronic Pain Specialist
Dr. Michelle Hill, DC, L.Ac
Dr. Michelle Hill is a licensed chiropractic physician and acupuncturist based in Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, with advanced expertise in treating neurological conditions and chronic pain syndromes. She specializes in care for Bell’s Palsy, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Migraine Headaches, TMJ dysfunction, Concussions, and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI).
What makes Dr. Hill’s practice unique is her use of Barral’s osteopathic Visceral and Neural Manipulation—a gentle, hands-on method developed by French osteopath Jean-Pierre Barral, D.O. These techniques help restore natural movement to the internal organs, fascia, and nervous system, and are especially effective for patients experiencing nerve pain, head injuries, digestive issues, and post-concussive symptoms. This form of manual therapy is rarely available elsewhere on Oʻahu.
Dr. Hill integrates acupuncture theory with chiropractic adjustments, cranial work, Active Release Technique, and nutritional guidance to create personalized, whole-body care plans. Patients seeking relief from complex, unresolved symptoms often find her approach to be a transformative alternative to conventional treatments. Dr. Hill welcomes new patients who are ready for a gentle, effective, and deeply therapeutic path to healing.
